Our vision is to help children in our communities reach their full potential by supporting organizations that meet their fundamental needs, and foster success through educational, therapeutic, wellness and fine arts programs.

The Peoria Diamond Club, a 501(c)(3) is dedicated to supporting community programs that educate and enrich children’s lives, while enhancing their futures. Through partnerships, sponsorships, donations, and volunteer efforts, we raise funds for local youth charities and organizations.

The Peoria Diamond Club was established in 1993 in response to the desires of the San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners, and City of Peoria to partner with a nonprofit organization in the operation of Spring Training. In exchange for providing the necessary workforce, the PDC shares in revenues generated through a variety of volunteer functions. These revenues are then redistributed to local community youth organizations through a grant program.
When the Peoria Sports Complex opened in 1994, the PDC consisted of about 90 volunteers, and at the conclusion of the inaugural season awarded $7000 in grants to two organizations. Today the PDC boasts over 350 volunteer members, and has donated over $2,200,000-impacting tens of thousands of children throughout western Maricopa County.
